Is the Santa letter really free?
Yes. The letter, certificate and magic-key poem are free, with no sign-up or email address required. We offer optional paid keepsakes through our own West Lancashire Creations shop, but you don’t need to buy anything to use the pack.
Can I make letters for more than one child?
Of course. Download one pack, clear the details and create the next. The certificate uses the name at the top of the form. If you have edited the letter wording, use “Restore suggested wording” to update it from the form again.
How do I print the pack?
Download the PDF and print on A4 paper in portrait orientation at actual size or fit to page. You can also choose “Print the pack” and use your browser’s print controls. Turn off browser headers and footers for the tidiest result. Printing in colour looks lovely; black and white works too.
Can I change what Santa says?
Yes. Open “Make the words your own” and edit the letter. The preview shows the final wording. If your letter becomes too long for one page, we’ll ask you to shorten it before downloading.
What happens to the details I enter?
Your name and wording are used only inside this page to draw the letter and make your PDF. They aren’t sent to us, stored in a database or added to a web address. This version has no advertising cookies or visitor analytics scripts. The hosting provider processes ordinary connection information to serve the page. Clear personal details when you’re finished on a shared device; downloaded PDFs remain wherever you save them.
